We enjoyed interviewing Eleanor Hayes Meritt in the latest Silicon Valley Tech Talks show. Eleanor is the senior vice president of Oracle, leading the IAM product portfolio at Oracle. Her team is also responsible for Fusion Middleware and Database support for on-premises scenarios. Eleanor has worked at Oracle for almost three decades now. She is a seasoned leader in Silicon Valley, respected for her knowledge of various technologies needed for digital transformation, including cloud and AI.

(1) Eleanor explained how IAM is central to the technology ecosystem and the core of user experience. Single sign-on and multi-factor authentification (MFA) are standard IAM technologies. We talked about Oracle’s product offerings for IAM.
